Terms & Services

Please read the following booking conditions carefully before confirming your reservation at Gevora Hotel, Dubai.

Check-in & Payment

Guests are required to present the physical passport or Emirates ID only for check-in.
The hotel will charge 100% of the reservation at the time of purchase. Non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.
Check-in time: 15:00 hrs
Check-out time: 12:00 hrs (afternoon)

Child Policy

Children aged 0 to 4.99 years stay free of charge and eat free of charge in our all-day dining restaurant while accompanied by their parents, when either a BB or HB rate has been booked.
Children aged 5 to 11 years will be charged 50% of the adult price.

Tourism Supplement

Tourism supplement is collected upon check-in at the hotel.

Tourism fee at AED 15 per room per night: Deluxe Room, Deluxe Partial Burj Khalifa View, Superior Room Burj Khalifa View, Superior Room Sheikh Zayed View, One Bedroom Standard Suite & One Bedroom Premium Suite.
Tourism fee at AED 75 per night: Penthouse – 05-bedroom suite.

Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Baby Cot / Crib

A baby cot/crib is provided free of charge, however subject to hotel availability.

Taxes & Fees

Tax not included: SC 10.50%, MF 7%, VAT 5%
Tourism fee: Pay at the hotel
Refundable rate: No
