Highest View Lounge & Restaurant sits on the rooftop of Gevora Hotel, 280 metres above Sheikh Zayed Road, making it the highest restaurant in the Middle East. Come for golden-hour afternoon tea, a long dinner as the city lights come on, or a late evening of shisha and mocktails high above Dubai.
You will find the restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel, on the 75th floor (HC Floor). Tables run along the glass edge of the open-air terrace, so almost every seat looks straight out over the city. The 360-degree panorama takes in Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai, the Royal Palaces, the towers of Sheikh Zayed Road and the coastline beyond. Sunset is the most sought-after time: the sky turns gold behind Burj Khalifa, then the skyline lights up below you.
Cuisine & Drinks
The kitchen serves international dishes with a focus on premium meats and fresh seafood. Signature plates include Premium Beef Ribs slow-cooked for 12 hours, Beef Brisket slow-cooked for 16 hours, Wagyu Steak Tenderloin with mushroom truffle sauce, Black Cod with miso teriyaki, and the Gevora Signature Sea Bass, grilled whole over charcoal. For something lighter, choose Burrata or Bulgur Halloumi salad, French Onion Soup, Tempura Prawns or Wagyu slider burgers. Vegetarian guests can enjoy Crispy Eggplant Milanese, Edamame, Fried Mozzarella Sticks, Mushroom Risotto and Truffle Fries.
Drinks centre on handcrafted mocktails, led by The Highest View: mango, lime, vanilla, passion fruit and fresh mint over crushed ice. There are also fresh juices, smoothies, specialty coffees and a tea boutique, plus classic and mixed shisha flavours in the lounge. Finish with gold-leaf Turkish pistachio baklava.
All prices are in AED and include the 7% municipality fee, 10% service charge and 5% VAT.
